Rawdah Tours Ltd is responsible for the personal information you send through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices available to you.
Who we are
Rawdah Tours Ltd is the data controller for website enquiries. For privacy questions or requests, email rawdahtours@gmail.com or contact us on WhatsApp.
Information you provide
When you register interest in Hajj or Umrah, we ask for your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, departure location, number of travellers, and your consent for us to respond. You can also add an optional message.
The private Umrah planner can also collect your preferred route, nights in Makkah and Madinah, departure airport, travel dates or flexibility, adults and children travelling, room count, hotel standard, transport and visa preferences, budget, flight preference, additional requirements, and preferred contact method.
Only provide information needed for your enquiry. Please do not enter passport numbers, payment details, diagnoses, or detailed medical history in an optional message or requirements field. If you have an accessibility need, describe only the practical adjustment you want to discuss.
Required form fields are used to record and respond to your enquiry. If you leave them blank, we may be unable to respond. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a place or create a travel booking.
Why we use your information
- To record and reply to your Hajj, Umrah, or private-trip enquiry.
- To discuss the travel preferences and requirements you shared.
- To protect, maintain, and troubleshoot the website.
For enquiry details, we rely on the consent you give when you tick the form checkbox. We record that choice with the enquiry. You can withdraw it by contacting us; this does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it. For basic technical information used to deliver and secure the website, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating a safe service.
We do not use these forms to sign you up to unrelated marketing, and we do not make decisions about your enquiry using solely automated processing.
Who can receive it
Your enquiry is stored in Supabase, our database provider. The project’s primary data region is North EU (Stockholm). Supabase may also use its listed sub-processors to provide the service. Only authorised Rawdah Tours administrators can access enquiry records through the protected website inbox. Public visitors cannot read them.
Cloudflare provides website hosting and delivery and may process technical connection information, such as your IP address, browser details, and requested pages, to deliver and protect the site. See Supabase’s privacy notice, its data processing addendum, sub-processors, and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
If you choose to continue a private-trip enquiry through WhatsApp or email, the message is handled by the service you choose. WhatsApp and Google may process that message under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not send your enquiry to travel suppliers through this website.
The database project is hosted in Sweden. Supabase’s service and sub-processors may process information in other locations under the transfer terms and safeguards described in its data processing addendum. Contact us if you need more information about those safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry while we are handling it and while there is a reasonable need to follow up about that journey. After the enquiry is closed, we keep it only for as long as needed to maintain the enquiry record, deal with a complaint or legal claim, or meet a legal obligation. We then delete or anonymise it. The website does not currently apply an automatic deletion timer, so records must be reviewed and removed under this retention rule.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or erase it, or ask us to restrict or object to its use. Where the legal conditions apply, you can also request data portability. You can withdraw the consent you gave through a form at any time by emailing us.

Cookies and updates
The site saves your light or dark appearance choice in your browser. It does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Read our cookie and device-storage policy for details and a control to clear the saved preference.
We may update this policy when our website or data use changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
